Come along and enjoy the moment. Take-Off Balloon LTD is organising a tethered balloon event next to the ice rink in Gstaad on four Thursdays in January and February. Admission is free. A tethered balloon is a hot air balloon that is secured to the ground with ropes and rises a few metres into the air in a controlled manner.
